MLP was established in 2004 and registered as a Corporation in the City of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. In the mining Industry we front all commercial agreements and negotiations for CONUMMEX a private Mexican Mining Consortium which performs as an organization that could look after the well being of the miners and investors participating in the mining industry in Mexico.We began by assisting the miners to organize their mining claims and project summaries including forecasting and projections. Additionally, we became their seller's legal representative or seller's mandates (in Latin America) authorizing us to promote and sell their products in the domestic and international markets. As for the investors, we became their filtering system as well as their consulting firm only presenting projects to them with all the required documentation to finalize any negotiation between them and the miners or concession title holders. We serve as a guarantor and mediator throughout the negotiation process and the developing stages as well.As an organization, we have a great deal of experience in many industries. Our partners work as a team bringing their core competence, entrepreneurial, and personal experiences to handle each task successfully by working together or individually.We are sellers for mining commodities such as: Iron Ore, Manganese, Coal, Barite, Copper and Gold among others.We are an importer, exporter, wholesale and retail distributor of an array of fish and seafood products.
